Bryan Fitzpatrick is a Partner at Pushor Mitchell LLP, practising primarily in personal injury and criminal defence. He is licensed to practise law in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State, bringing extensive courtroom experience and a practical, results-driven approach to advocacy.

In his personal injury practice, Bryan acts exclusively for plaintiffs, assisting clients through negotiated settlements, mediation, and trial. He has experience handling complex claims involving ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and out-of-province insurers, as well as matters arising under legislation such as the Strata Property Act, Occupiers Liability Act, and Health Care Costs Recovery Act. Bryan regularly works with medical and rehabilitation professionals—including orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, physiatrists, and occupational therapists—to support clients in their recovery and to pursue fair compensation.

Bryan also maintains a busy criminal defence practice, representing clients on a broad range of charges, including white-collar offences and driving-related matters under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Motor Vehicle Act. He has completed the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner Course, which he applies when defending impaired driving matters, including Immediate Roadside Prohibitions (IRP) and Administrative Driving Prohibitions (ADP). Bryan has conducted both judge-alone and jury trials in British Columbia and Washington State and regularly works with expert witnesses, including toxicologists, digital forensics experts, psychologists, and DNA specialists.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (with Distinction) from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2008, became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2012, and was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2025.

Outside of practice, Bryan is active in the community and enjoys fly fishing and spending time outdoors with his family.
